This E39 M5 has been a one owner car for 25 years, up until this year! The car is in great shape mechanically, with needing no mechanical work. The S62 4.9L V8 engine is healthy and starts right up. The 6 Speed transmission is buttery smooth and shifts flawlessly through all gears. The car is completely stock with no after-market performance modifications
The Le Man blue paint is what makes this M5 special along with the low mileage! The paint is in fairly good condition; the hood has been resprayed & paint matched with oem factory color. There are a few minor dings/ scratches around the car. The interior overall is in great shape; the seats have no rips or tears. The rear-view mirror does need to be replaced. I have ordered a replacement shift knob & boot which is not installed on the car yet.
